Paddle is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a global, remote-first team. You will handle first-line support for self-serve customers, onboarding new sign-ups, and performing KYB/KYC checks, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
You will work across time zones, escalating complex issues to Level 2 support as needed, and continually expanding product knowledge to handle more advanced queries and provide excellent service.
