CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. This remote role supports utility customers to save money and improve home energy efficiency, using multiple programs across several platforms. You will handle inquiries, enroll customers, and provide program education and tech support.
Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, can type 35+ WPM, and are sales-oriented with a service focus. A High School Diploma is required.
