CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. This remote position supports utility customers by helping them save money, improve home energy efficiency, and engage with multiple programs across platforms.
The role requires at least 6 months in a customer-facing environment, a high school diploma, and the ability to type 35+ WPM. You will work in an inbound/outbound call center setting with a focus on service quality and accuracy.
