Maximus seeks an Assessment Coordinator to support the Public Assessor Option (PAO) team and LTSS programs such as ADH, AFC, GAFC, and PCA. You will manage intake and assessment prep, conduct telephonic screenings, coordinate required documentation, educate members on program options, and schedule assessments, serving as the primary contact for members after an assessment request.
The role is cross-trained to perform CSR functions and may provide front-line member support as needed.
