Mattel is hiring Seasonal Direct Service Agents to support our peak season from September through early January. This fully remote, work-from-home role serves catalog and online customers via phone and email, resolving inquiries and processing transactions.
You will complete a mandatory virtual training of up to 10 days, then work 4–20 hours weekly with potential expansion during the holidays. Must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois and meet typing and speed requirements.
