Overview

CBE Companies, a global provider of contact center services, seeks a Government Collection Specialist. This role starts on Friday, August 14, 2026, in Cedar Falls, Iowa. • Provide excellent customer service to all consumers and third parties on inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle between 100-150 calls per day in a call center or remote work environment.
• Be a problem-solver and work with consumers to resolve their account.
• Utilize a call flow to guide interactions and ensure complete and accurate documentation of the call.
• Locate consumer contact information and implement changes required by the client, as needed.
• Review statistics provided by management to ensure job requirements are met.
• Collaborate with CBE’s management team on personal growth and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with co-workers.
• Potential for commission in addition to hourly pay for employees who meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality expectations.

• U.S. Citizenship or 3 years of legal residence.

• Wage: $17.74 - $23.00 per hour;

  Three days 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM;
  Two shifts until 8:00 PM.
