Figure is seeking a Customer Success Associate in the United States to help customers navigate the application process and understand our lending products. You’ll serve as the first contact across phone, chat, and email, assisting with blockers and guiding users through decisions.
No fintech experience is required; training will cover products and processes. Compensation up to $71,000 annually after a probationary period, plus benefits, holidays, PTO, and a hybrid work option after training.
