Remote Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated remote customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and chat. Your main tasks will include resolving inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Problem Resolution- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Document interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, or remote preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and common software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
- A quiet workspace, free from distractions.
- Availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Previous remote work experience.
- Bilingual capabilities (if applicable).
Skills- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical aptitude and self-motivation to work independently.
Work EnvironmentThis is a fully remote position that requires:
- Reliable internet (wired preferred).
- A computer that meets minimum specifications (Windows 10/Mac OS 10.15+, 8GB RAM).
