Glass House is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a book of business from post-onboarding through renewal. You will be the relationship owner for your accounts, ensuring retention, growth, and successful outcomes.
You will drive proactive reviews, coach customers on usage, and collaborate with Sales to close expansion. This is a remote role with a hybrid Nashville area office; travel to Nashville 1–2 times per year is expected.
