Impartner is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, renewals and advocacy across a named customer portfolio. You’ll own the renewal process, coordinate with Sales for expansion, and deliver measurable ROI for clients while ensuring outstanding service.
In this 100% remote role in the United States, the CSM will collaborate across teams to optimize the customer experience and maximize ROI. You’ll need strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
