Crisis Connections is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our mission of connecting people to essential health and human services across Washington. This remote role requires strong phone-based communication, empathy, and the ability to navigate a resource directory to assist callers effectively.
You will be part of a responsive team, with training from 9am to 5pm initially, and regular hours Monday through Friday.
