Huzzle is seeking a high-energy bilingual Call Centre Agent to join a fast-paced team serving diverse customers across the US. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering clear information in both English and Spanish and ensuring smooth interactions.
This remote role offers independent contractor engagement with opportunities to work with SaaS and eCommerce clients. You’ll document interactions in our CRM, escalate when needed, and collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery.
