You’ll own Tier 1 inquiries, troubleshoot app problems, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Tech, and Public Health to improve the customer experience.
You’ll be the go-to for technical issues and user support, with a focus on delighting customers and guiding enrollment in our mobile app and programs.
