Race Communications seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate field service deployments across California with a remote-first schedule and occasional travel to Race offices. You will receive service requests, assign technicians, monitor ETA, update customers, and keep accurate records to ensure timely responses and safety compliance.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in dispatch operations (telecom preferred), Salesforce experience, map literacy, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
