AAA Washington is seeking a Call Center Representative for a temporary assignment with the possibility to convert to full-time. You will deliver customer service and technical assistance to AAA members, focusing on Emergency Roadside Service, membership, accounts, and retention.
This remote role starts as a temporary eight-week assignment from September 14 to November 30, with training 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Afterwards, shifts may include evenings or weekends and could lead to a long-term career.
