American Girl, a premium brand and subsidiary of Mattel, seeks Seasonal Direct Service Agents for its peak season. This fully remote role supports catalog and online customers via phone and email, handling inquiries, orders, and transactions with professionalism and empathy.
Candidates must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois, complete up to 10 days of virtual training (25–40 hours/week), and commit Sept–Dec with flexible weekday/weekend hours. Prior CS experience is a plus.
