American Girl, a subsidiary of Mattel, is seeking Seasonal Direct Service Agents to support peak business season from September through early January. This remote, home-based role serves catalog and online customers via phone and email with emphasis on first-contact resolution.
Training is mandatory and conducted virtually for up to 10 days (25–40 hours/week). After training, hours range from 4–20 per week, with possible expansion during holidays.
