Tech Care
360 is seeking a Customer Success Representative to help clients, own tasks, and manage multiple tickets for monthly service clients. You will answer calls, emails, and tickets, with on-site visits as needed.
This role is work-from-home with travel to client locations and requires living within 20 minutes of Visalia, CA. You will learn password resets, printer troubleshooting, and collaborate with Level 2+ technicians to ensure client success.
