MCI is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Representative to provide outstanding customer support from a remote home-based position in the United States. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, and document interactions while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, fluent English, and strong verbal and written communication. Prior call center experience is a plus but not required.
