Brist Mfg. is seeking an eCommerce Customer Success Specialist to elevate Brist’s online store experiences. You will own onboarding, launches, and ongoing support for branded web stores and fulfillment programs, acting as the main contact for assigned clients.
You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor store performance, manage product data, and deliver monthly reports while driving process improvements and exceptional client service.
