Trans Core is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team in Auburn, MA. This role supports the E-ZPass MA program, handling telephone, email, and chat inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
Training lasts 6-8 weeks at the Auburn office, after which CSRs may work remotely from home. The schedule is Monday–Friday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM with occasional Saturdays. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on qualifications.
