MNsure is hiring a Customer Service Specialist Intermediate to serve as the first point of contact at the MNsure Contact Center. You will explain applications, eligibility, and enrollment, while supporting teams and maintaining accurate consumer records.
The role requires at least one year of customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Telework-eligible within Minnesota; normal hours are Day Shift, Mon–Fri.
