arenaflex is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, de-escalate issues, and support customers with payments when needed.
We value learners who can work independently from home, communicate clearly, type at least 25 words per minute, and have a High School diploma or GED. Prior customer service experience (6 months preferred) is a plus, with strong organizational skills and reliability.
