TP is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries from a remote home office via phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will resolve issues, de-escalate when needed, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
We expect at least 6 months of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to type 25+ wpm. A college degree is a plus but not required. This is a work-from-home role with national reach.
