Reflect Health, the evolution of S&S Health, is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients, brokers, and the vendor ecosystem in a remote capacity. The role focuses on client retention, high-quality service delivery, and optimizing vendor performance for employer groups.
You will own client relationships, coordinate with PBMs and other partners, monitor performance against SLAs, and support account strategies to contain costs and improve outcomes.
