Scene Health is hiring a Senior Customer Support Specialist to assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and guide users through Scene Health programs. You will own Tier 1 support, troubleshoot, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Tech, and Public Health to ensure a smooth customer experience.
You will be the primary owner of this function, handling tickets, monitoring SLAs, and driving improvements to delight members using our mobile application and programs.
