Leading Edge Extended Learning is hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (Hindi-speaking) to support families remotely across multiple states, including New Jersey. This role handles enrollment, billing questions, and program inquiries with a focus on excellent service and problem-solving.
You will work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, 30 hours per week, providing assistance in English and Hindi. Fluency is required, and Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu, or Spanish are pluses.
