Manpower Group Global, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist 1 - Contingent to join the team in Tempe, AZ. The role is in-office, three days a week in Tempe or Dallas, TX, with remote work not available.
You will handle inbound referrals, triage calls to confirm business needs, route leads to sales consultants, and maintain detailed notes. You’ll manage pipeline activities and participate in regular feedback sessions to improve processes and customer experience.
