Maximus is seeking bilingual (Spanish & English) Customer Service Representatives to support the Health Texas project. You will handle inquiries via phone, IVR, and web channels, guiding enrollments and servicing benefits with accuracy.
The role is full-time and hybrid: training on-site for the first week, then optional work-from-home arrangements with occasional on-site visits as required. Must live within 70 miles of San Antonio, TX.
