As a Virtual Client Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available supplemental benefit programs while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and other online platforms

• Educate individuals and families about available supplemental benefits and coverage options

• Answer client questions and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process

• Build lasting client relationships through trust, integrity, and outstanding service

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, management, or other client-facing roles is beneficial—but not required. We welcome motivated professionals from diverse backgrounds.

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam capability

• Be able to obtain (or currently hold) a state Life & Health Insurance License (training and licensing support available)
