As a Virtual Member Support Specialist, you'll become a trusted resource for members by delivering professional, personalized service throughout their experience.

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms

• Answer questions regarding available benefits, services, and coverage options

• Provide exceptional support throughout the enrollment process

• Assist clients with applications and required documentation

• Build strong relationships through professionalism and effective communication

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Resolve concerns promptly while delivering outstanding customer service

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional client experience

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
