Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver empathetic support via phone, email, text, and web chat for a high-volume tolling program. This remote role requires residence in VA and offers a company-issued computer and headset, paid training, and a 36–40 hour work week.
You will review toll accounts, process tolls and violations, resolve disputes, answer congestion pricing questions, and guide customers through status checks.
