Brunswick's Mercury Marine division is seeking a Consumer Support Agent to act as the primary contact for Consumers, dealers and boat builders, delivering prompt technical support and exceptional customer service. The hybrid role is primarily remote with periodic travel to the Fond du Lac, WI office.
You will respond to inquiries by phone, fax, email, and MercNET, take ownership of complaints, document correspondence, and work with engineering and product management to resolve issues.
