Location: St. Joseph
Humana is seeking a Medicare Call Center Representative (Inbound) to address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries for Medicare members. You will strive to provide resolutions and guide callers to a satisfactory outcome while delivering a high-quality call experience.
Daily responsibilities include handling 40+ inbound calls, recording interactions, and escalating issues when needed. Training lasts 12 weeks with a daytime schedule; after training, shifts run 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET,
