Humana is seeking a Medicare Call Center Representative (Inbound) to address member inquiries by phone, online, or written channels. You will resolve issues and guide members toward resolution, delivering a courteous call experience in a fast-paced environment.
Training begins day one with 12 weeks of virtual sessions from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday. After training, a consistent 8-hour shift is required between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, with occasional weekends during peak season.
