Humana is hiring a Medicare Call Center Representative (Inbound) for a remote role in the United States. You will handle inbound calls and digital inquiries, guiding members toward resolutions and providing a positive call experience.
Training runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST for 12 weeks. After training, shifts run between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends or overtime. Must have reliable wired internet and may travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
