Humana is seeking a Medicare Call Center Representative to assist members with inquiries and resolve issues in a high-volume, work-from-home setting. You will handle 40+ calls daily, document interactions, and escalate when needed while following policy guidelines. Training is remote, with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST schedule during onboarding.
The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and proficiency with Outlook/Teams; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Travel may be occasional.
