Humana is seeking a Medicare Call Center Representative to handle inbound calls, emails, and written inquiries from Medicare members. You will resolve issues, provide pathways to resolution, and educate members on benefits while maintaining a high-quality call experience.
The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and multitasking across multiple systems. Training is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, with after-training shifts 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.
