2) to address member inquiries for Humana Medicare. The role involves high-volume inbound calls, detailed documentation, and potential cross-line support, with career growth opportunities and a focus on member experience.
Training starts day one with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday. Post-training, shifts run 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with some weekends/overtime during peak season.
