Humana seeks a Medicare Call Center Representative to address inbound calls, digital, and written inquiries for Medicare members. You will resolve issues and guide members toward resolution, delivering a high-quality call experience.
Training begins day one with 12 weeks of virtual sessions, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Post-training, shifts run between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET; some weekends and overtime may be required.
