You will deliver concierge-level service via phone and email, address client inquiries, and coordinate with Relationship Managers and other teams to ensure high satisfaction and timely responses.
The role requires 2+ years of client-facing experience, at least 1 year in the 401(k) industry, and Salesforce familiarity.
