Apple One Employment Services is seeking a CSR 2 – Client Support, bilingual, to handle inbound calls and provide information about Marketplace health insurance. This is a temporary ongoing assignment, remote with New Jersey residency requirements.
Training is provided for 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Eastern. Hours after training are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. BYOD with a second monitor is required, and you must be on camera during training.
