Bilt is seeking a Customer Support Team Member to serve as the first point of contact for members via chat and tickets. The role requires nights or weekends and includes comprehensive training to become fluent in our product.
New hires attend in-person onboarding in New York City from Aug 16-21, 2026, with full-time availability 9am-6pm ET for four weeks. You'll collaborate with internal teams and BPO partners to resolve issues and deliver exceptional support.
