Client Support Specialist (Work From Home

In this role, you’ll work directly with members, helping them understand the programs available to them and providing support throughout the process. No industry background is necessary—we provide the training, resources, and guidance to help you get started and continue developing professionally.

• Meet virtually with members to review available programs and services.
• Answer questions and provide straightforward explanations of coverage options.
• Identify each member’s individual needs and help them understand suitable solutions.
• Assist with applications, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
• Follow up with members and provide continued support when needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized client information.
• Deliver dependable and professional service throughout every interaction.

• Individuals who are comfortable communicating and working with people.
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Dependable and capable of managing a schedule independently.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and receptive to feedback and coaching.
• Motivated by goals and opportunities to progress.
• Able to contribute to a collaborative team while working remotely.
• Previous customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is an advantage but not necessary.
