Vantor Inc. is hiring a Service Desk Agent to support Westminster, CO or Herndon, VA offices with a hybrid schedule that allows occasional remote work. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, follow scripts, identify needs, and route issues to appropriate teams, while maintaining customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.
Eligible candidates must be a U.S. Person, have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to pass a background check, and possess prior customer service experience.
