Retina Associates of Kentucky is seeking a Patient Relations Specialist to join our growing contact center team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and document requests in the EMR with care and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, 1–3 years in a call center or reception, and be comfortable working with Next Gen software. Training occurs in-office for two months, then remote work optional.
