Humana is seeking a Medicare Call Center Rep (Inbound Contacts Representative
2) to handle member inquiries in a high-volume remote setting. You will provide resolutions and guide calls toward outcomes while maintaining quality service.
Requirements include 2+ years of customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across systems. Training is virtual; after training, a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET schedule with some weekends/overtime may apply.
