Lumi Meds, a remote-first telehealth startup in the U.S., is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for patients navigating our platform. You’ll support via phone, email, chat, and SMS, resolve inquiries, and ensure empathetic, accurate service.
You’ll collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Sales, and Patient Success teams to resolve issues, document interactions in our CRM, and meet KPIs such as CSAT and first contact resolution.
