Humana is seeking a Medicare Call Center Rep (Inbound) to handle high-volume inbound calls from members, address inquiries, and strive for first-call resolution. Training is virtual for 12 weeks, with a 40-hour workweek and a remote setup requiring a reliable internet connection.
Post-training, shifts run between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday. Applicants should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask across systems.
