Humana is hiring for a Medicare Call Center Representative (Inbound Contacts Representative
2) to assist Humana Medicare members via inbound calls, digital and written inquiries. This remote role involves high-volume calls, detailed documentation, and escalation when needed.
Training starts day one with an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST schedule for the first 12 weeks, followed by a regular 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET shift, Monday through Friday.
